My Go-To Travel Essentials
Traveling is a huge part of my life. Whether for work, pleasure, or both, I have accumulated (in my opinion) the must have travel essentials for travel and flying no matter the destination.
Staying hydrated is the number one thing you should be doing on long flights! The cabin pressure can cause dehydration, both to your body and skin, so keep your water bottle by your side. Bring to the airport empty, but fill up before boarding!
I never leave the house without my trusty air pods, but they don’t entirely block out the noise from an airplane. Before long flights, I bring both my air pods and my noise cancelling headphones so that I can switch between them during the flight! The noise cancelling ones are more for when I am trying to relax and sleep and my air pods are for when I’m just tuning into music or a movie!
Oh, do I love this product! Dehydration of the skin is the number one thing I hate about flying, but thank goodness there are companies that make travel sizes of their moisturizing products! I usually bring my First Aid Beauty moisturizer and my Patchology rejuvenating eye gels!
Who doesn’t love a good sheet mask? I always make sure to keep a couple of these in my carry on so I can add some moister throughout my flight! It’s luxurious, makes my skin feel extra fresh and is only $22!
It doesn’t put too much room in your bag and can be downloaded right before a flight! Right now, I am obsessed with ‘Unplug’ by Suze Yalof Schwartz as it helps me with meditation and mindfulness!
One of my favorite travel items to keep me planned, productive, and accountable, all leading to crushing my goals!
Anti - Bacterial Hand Sanitizer / Wipes
In times like these, being extra with our sanitization routine is crucial! I like these antibacterial wipes from Bravo Sierra because they are easy on the skin and biodegradable!
Perfect for dry brushing which helps in lymphatic drainage and invigorates the skin after a long flight!
Can be used as a fashion statement or a comfy blanket! My favorite travel go to is from Elder Statesman.
Healthy Snacks
My favorite travel snack is dried strawberries and pecans, the BEST combination. It’s healthy and portable and can take a beating in your bag.
The perfect way to help prevent you from getting sick. I take two a day whenever I travel abroad!
I’m all about hair and how long my blow out can last. This product is like dry shampoo and volume spray in one and really helps to maintain that mane!
I love my gold Rimowa. I bring mine on every trip and have found it so much easier to roll around than other brands. It’s literally indestructible and your back will thank you, all the while looking super chic. This is worth the investment!
I never travel without 1 or 2 hats kept in a cross body hat bag. The majority of my hats are Nick Fouquet.
